We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property management and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Yardi Breeze. This position reports directly to ownership and is responsible for property operations, financial reporting, tenant relations, lease administration, compliance, and overall portfolio performance.
The successful candidate will be a proactive, organized professional with excellent communication and business writing skills, a strong financial acumen, and the ability to effectively manage tenant and property-related matters.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience using Yardi Breeze
Proven Commercial Property Management experience
Strong understanding of commercial leases, rent rolls, CAM charges, and reconciliations
Experience preparing and analyzing financial reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and administrative abilities
Experience with HR administration, workers' compensation, and compliance preferred
Key Responsibilities
Property & Financial Management
Oversee and maintain Yardi Breeze for commercial and residential properties.
Generate and analyze financial reports for properties and tenants.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Maintain accurate rent rolls, lease records, and property documentation.
Manage and reconcile Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges.
Tenant & Lease Administration
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial tenants.
Foster positive tenant relationships and resolve tenancy-related issues professionally and promptly.
Administer lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements.
Review tenant insurance coverage and conduct insurance audits as needed.
Compliance & Operations
Perform monthly auditing functions to safeguard company assets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, lease requirements, and applicable regulations.
Support HR-related activities, including workers' compensation administration and compliance matters.
Draft professional correspondence, notices, and tenant communications.

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
